The Madison County Communications Department consists of the Sheriff's Office Communication Center, Madison County Communication Infrastructure and the dispatch services supplied to the five primary service branches of Madison County.

The Communications Department is headed by Steve DiGiovanna. The department works closely and on a daily basis with the Madison County Sheriff's Office and Sheriff Dave Schenk for coordinated, county wide emergency / daily operations.

Supervisor Janet Fortner is the Communication Center TAC Officer and Dispatch Supervisor.
